Christen is a lover of Christ a wife and mother of 3 small children. Born and raised in Cincinnati, OH, she developed a love for God and His people. Christen has her bachelor’s degree in political science from the University of Dayton and a Masters of Theology from Dallas Theological Seminary. She is  licensed by the Evangelical Teacher Association and Licensed as a minister of the Gospel at Oak Cliff Bible Fellowship in 2016.

Christen is passionate about bringing exegetical teaching and practical training to all. She desires to encourage all believers to be curious readers of the word of God as they unfold his truth! Christen is a writer and has had the opportunity to write curriculum for various Bible Studies and a prominent Bible Institute. She enjoys being a contributing author on Bible.org for the Engage Blog as well as writing on her personal site on Marriage Motherhood and Ministry called Pampers in the Pews (Click links below to view). Christen has a strong emphasis on engaging generational and cultural differences, as she has a background in missions traveling extensively in Asia, and Latin America.

Christen has served as the coordinator for Youth Ministry and the coordinator for Women’s Small Groups at Oak Cliff Bible Fellowship in Dallas Texas under the leadership of Dr. Tony Evans. She has been blessed to serve as a bible teacher and conference speaker on topics such as New Testament Survey, A study of the Holy Spirit, Bible Study Methods, as well as more practical classes such as the Role of Women in the Bible,  How to Anchor your Peace in Christ (for youth), What Not to Wear (for youth) etc. She thoroughly enjoys relaxing with her family, cooking, dancing and Netflix.
